Busy Summer

Summer, so many thing to do, so little time to blog.

Disney World! 5 days, 4 nights, and lots of food. I must say, Disney is the most accommodating  place when it comes to dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences. Vegetarian food was not hard to come by and lots of healthy options were available. I was able to actually meet and talk to the Chef Brian at Boma, Flavors of Africa, which was by far my favorite meal. I need to take time to write a whole post on Disney, but for now, check out s few brief descriptions and pictures

 Virginia is for Bloggers lunch at Kabab Grille which “proudly offers the Richmond restaurant community Zabihah halal Pakistani (Punjabi) food”, also voted “Best Vegetarian Food” by Richmond.com readers. If you are out in the Short Pump area stop in for their delicious buffet, especially the channa masala and palak paneer

 Looking forward to rounding out the summer with some canning (tomatoes and maybe greenbeans), and checking out Arcadia for a Vegetarian Dinner and Wine pairing.
